BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
For environmentally friendly purpose we do not provide disposable knife and fork, extra $5 per set will be charge.
All delivery will be after 11am on the date.
We guarantee that our goods:
1. Are of acceptable quality. This means they will be safe, durable and free from defects. They will be acceptable in appearance and finish, and do the job such things are usually used for.
2. Match the description given to you although may differ slightly in presentation as product are all hand-made.
3. Cake size guide: 4inch -10cm/ 6inch – 15cm/8inch – 20cm, please ask for more size.
4. We do not provide any refund or exchange due to change of your decisions.
Delivery Terms
- Our delivery team runs between 11am to 5pm daily.
- Our delivery rates are based on the distance between your preferred address and our office, you can find out the delivery cost at checkout after filling your address.
- Please visit our Burwood office for pickup: 23/1 RAILWAY PDE, BURWOOD, NSW, 2134.
- Please contact us for urgent arrangements.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
The Catering Project can accommodate most special dietary requirements but do need to be given advance warning.
All dietary requirements are to be provided in writing prior to your catering event day and is not confirmed until Catering Project has accepted it can be accommodated. All dietary specific items will be plated separately and labelled accordingly. Please speak to our Catering Manager should you have a specific dietary requirement.
The driver will give you a call before desserts arrive, please ensure we attend to calls on the date.
If there’s any concerns for your desserts, please contact us ASAP after you receive the desserts.
We do not provide leave at door service, if there is no one attended we will wait for 10mins, after that, second delivery will be $20.
